If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return perfumes according to the following conditions: 1. Exchange and return period - Perfumes can be returned within 3 days or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. 2. Conditions for exchange and return - The product must be in its original condition and unopened. - The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and labels. - A purchase receipt, order number, or registered mobile number must be provided. 3. Products not eligible for exchange or return - Perfumes that have been opened or used. - Exchange will be for the same product in case of a manufacturing defect; it is not available to exchange the product for another product, only return and place a new order for the new product. 4. Exchange and return procedures - Customers are directed to any of our branches to complete the exchange or return process. 5. Refund - The amount will be refunded using the original payment method. - Refund may take from 3 to 7 working days, and in some cases up to 14 working days. Thank you for your continued trust.
